[Banshee-List] Device Properties: Encode and Syncing

PeppermintOS 4
Rockbox on iPod 360

Every time I go to sync the iPod with Banshee, Banshee just does a full
download. I read that this might have to do with the Encoding feature in
Banshee.

1. How can I get Banshee to stop doing a full load every time I sync?

2. If I can't get this full load to stop, is it possible to turn off this
Encoding feature?
