Banshee uses the GStreamer media engine under the hood, and it turns out 
that there are already GStreamer plugins that allow AMR reproduction[1], 
so I just added support for importing files with "amr" extension[2].

This will be available in Banshee 2.7.0 (which you can build yourself if 
you use the git master branch).
