right after it started it will be recorded as a 'skip' but if one skips the
track in the last few seconds it won't be recorded as such. Exactly where
has the line been drawn? Does it also depend on what portion of the song has
been listened to? (for instance when the middle part of a song has been
skipped but the start and end have been played).
