[Banshee-List] GBK encoding support?

Hi,

Is it possible for banshee to support gbk charset in the future version? It
is a key factor for me to decide to use banshee, because the file name is
encoded as GBK, not utf-8 for compatibility.

Or, is there any way to make banshee support GBK charset already?
