This looks like you might be experiencing the following bug, which is
caused by an issue between gconf and dbus:
https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/32927

I'm not sure what the plan is for this in ArchLinux, but there is a
patch for gconf available.

PS: Adding the --debug-addins options is not useful in general, it
just prints info about the initialization of the Mono.Addins system.
