That's what I figured. I think the best thing to do for now is just to have
two music library directories:
* one with flac and mp3 file that have no flac counterpart
* one with mp3 files that have flac counterparts
Perhaps you can create two smart playlists, because IIRC there's a filter for MIME type. I have a similar thing with ogg/mp3.
