[Banshee-List] Buffering problems with radio streams

Hi,

I have problems with certain radio streams:
- buffering always shows "Buffering: 0.0%", but I see the occasional flicker of
  the buffering progress bar
- streams often play in a stuttering fashion
- examples
  - "aTTeNTioN sPaN raDiO 2" at http://www.live365.com/play/futureassassin
  - "CHIRP Radio" at http://www.live365.com/play/chirpradio

There's already a similar bug 650129.
