[Banshee-List] Feature Request: Double click behaviour options and Now Playing

Hello everyone,
I was wondering if an option could be added in the preferences so that in
the music view, when double clicking on a file and it starts playing,
Banshee switches to "Now Playing" view. This has already been discussed
twice, but always as undesirable behavior (see
http://mail.gnome.org/archives/banshee-list/2011-May/msg00206.html).

I think the Now playing view is very clean and uncluttered, and it is very
nice to have the program just show what is playing instead of all the
information that one wants when searching what to play. Having Banshee
naturally trying to be in that state would be nice. This would also combine
very well with the next request!

The other request is about the double click behavior in the "Now Playing"
screen. Right now double click gives full screen. Maybe double-click could
be given ctrl+j behavior. I believe double click on a song giving the Now
Playing screen, and double click on the Now Playing screen giving the music
view ctrl+j behavior would be very natural to many users. Nonetheless, a
little overlay message instructing to double click to jump to playing song,
or even a button could be added so that nobody gets lost. There is already
a fullscreen button above the now playing window, so that functionality
would not be lost.

Could any of this be done? Thanks!

Enrique
