There is no m-a ppa afaik but you might have luck with badgerports.org. if not compile it on your own. 2.2.0 should be in the ppa now though.
Yes, that seems to be the problem, my mono-addins version is 0.4-8 . Excuse me if it is a stupid question, but how do I update? I am on natty narwhal, and I cannot seem to find the mono-addins ppa.
