When I switched from Windows XP to Ubuntu I naturally transferred
everything over, INCLUDING approx. 1,000
songs I had accumulated in Apple itunes. All of these transferred
into Banshee perfectly, it's anything new that I
have the problem with.

Hopefully there is a solution fore this problem.
I know that it has something to do with the server were the meta
data can be found.
It should be possible to add an server to the list were the data
can be found so far i'm not able to locate that list.
