Any luck with the sync issue?

I have a 4th gen nano and am trying to sync to a new install of Natty.  I
imported my libray.  Songs will play.  But when I sync the red ball just
bounces back and forth forever.  I cannot disconnect ... says "stopping" and
will not stop.

And one more thing.  Where is the stop button when playing a tune?  I can
pause but cannot find a stop button nor cannot find how to add one.
