I'm not sure.  I think we have a history of SoC projects that are too
large, so erring on the side of too simple is appealing to me.  I'd
rather have a simple project fully finished/polished and
upstream/shipping than a complicated one that isn't.  Would be a
fun/satisfying project too, I'd imagine.
