Since banshee 2.1.0, it's less likely you obtain duplicates because of 
moving files, because this bug was fixed:

If what you want is to remove all files that are not available anymore 
(or because you imported them before using version 2.1.0) in one go, 
then watch out for the solution we may implement in this bug: 
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/623248

Or if you're not worried about duplicates in different locations, just
