[Banshee-List] Prevent automatic file conversion on sync

Hi,

I'd like to be able to disable automatic file conversion when dealing with
files not supported by my MP3 player on sync. Is this possible at all? I
prefer not having the files on my media player instead of having Banshee
convert from a lossy to a lossy format.

I hope you can help me out.
