If you've got the clutter-sharp and clutter-gtk-sharp bindings installed on your system (they are in the clutter git) you've passed the most tricky part of compiling Banshee.ClutterFlow The rest should be handled by the banshee-community-extensions build system. Something like:
./autogen.sh --> check output to see wether or not Banshee.ClutterFlow will be compiled / installed make make install
should get you going.
Or you can try the latest packaged version, at sourceforge. No compiling needed.

As the name implies, those extensions are maintained by the
community,
along with their original authors. They are also packaged for
several
distros, as having them in one place makes it easier for
packagers.
