I'm not sure why people are suggesting creating new accounts, but I
think you could accomplish this by launching Banshee w/o dbus support
(which is used for single-instance detection):
banshee-1 --disable-dbus
Do that twice, and then use the pulseaudio volume tool to move the
outputs where you want them.
