It looks like the ClutterFlow extension crashes Banshee on startup.
Running with the "--uninstalled" means extensions are loaded from the
current directory instead of the usual directory, which probably
causes the ClutterFlow extension to not be loaded.
Could you try uninstalling the ClutterFlow extension and then running
Banshee normally ?

Extension" component :
