[Banshee-List] Small Improvement for Device Sync

Hi lovely readers of Banshee-list ;)

I just wanted to get some attention for a bug I posted last week.
It copes with a very small, but I think helpfull improvement with
Device Sync.

It would be very nice, if the "Sync" button is disabled, while the
mass storage device is loading. If you sync, before the storage (in my
case: iPod) is loaded, Banshee will create several duplicates on the
device.

Please just look into the bug and say if it makes sense or it's garbage.
