Re: [Banshee-List] Samsung Captivate

I don't see any sign from the GUI that the phone is being mounted.

Here's the mtp-detect:

mtp-detect
libmtp version: 1.0.2

Listing raw device(s)
Device 0 (VID=04e8 and PID=6877) is UNKNOWN.
Please report this VID/PID and the device model to the libmtp development team

inep: usb_get_endpoint_status(): Broken pipe
outep: usb_get_endpoint_status(): Broken pipe
LIBMTP PANIC: Could not open session! (Return code 767)
  Try to reset the device.

OK.

When the device is connected, is it automatically mounted by your system? Also, what's the output of the mtp-detect command in the mtp-tools package?

Create a file in the root of the filesystem of your  Samsung Captivate named

Restart Banshee

There a document some where on this but my google foo is failing me..

Would be nice if there was a UI option for this as well.. a plugin
project maybe..

Cheers
