[Banshee-List] banshee 1.8 crashes upon song change

Hi all,

I've been using Banshee for awhile (since the 1.4 days) but lately it's somehow hogged up so much CPU that music stutters and it gets unusable. But I digress.

I just installed Banshee 1.8, and the program crashes once I change songs, either manually or after a song ends. Here is the output from the terminal:

The first exception thrown and caught occurs immediately upon startup; the second, unhandled exception occurs after the song changes.

Any idea what's going on? Should I file a bug report?

Running Ubuntu 10.04 LTS, x64. Will give more details about my specs if requested.
