Re: [Banshee-List] iPhone Support in Banshee

What seems to be required is c# bindings for libimobiledevice. This
would allow iphone and ipod touch support without needing to
jailbreak. This is what how the default file browser in ubuntu is able
to support iphone and ipod.

However no one has created c# bindings for libimobiledevice. The
banshee teams does not want to create and maintain these bindings (it
has come up before on this list). And you can be sure that no one else
is going to do it.

Unless someone steps up and creates the bindings then your just stiff
out of luck. As much as I hate to say it use rhythm box because
banshee refuses to support you.

And before someone says why don't I do it. Well if someone wants to
donate me an iphone then I will be happy to.
