Since quite a few users - particularly Ubuntu users who don't use PPAs - might upgrade directly from 1.5.1 to 1.6.0, it might be good to add smart playlist migration even though 1.5.5 isn't brand new any more.

Though we probably could have (should still?) attempted to migrate
such smart playlists for users.
