Is a .omf.in file necessary for mallard docs ?
Empathy still has one in git master, but apparently empathy.omf is not
installed on my system.
In any case, the value for the rights tag look wrong.

I'm posting this here in the hope that someone might point me to some
docs about integrating docs in the build. ;)
