I like how this looks.  I've had another designer suggest getting rid
of the separate source-name + search entry row, moving it up.  One
complication of that is what to do with our current source-action
buttons - eg the "Subscribe" and "Refresh" buttons in Podcasts, or
"Disconnect" in a iPod?
