Do you have the "Boo scripting" extension enabled ?
Some distributions might not build it by default. I think for Gentoo
you need to have the "boo" USE flag.
As for the ctrl+shift+s shortcut, it doesn't do anything for me
either. I'm not sure what it's supposed to do anyway ;)
