You can migrate your iTunes library by exporting it, then within
Banshee go to the Media menu, choose Import, then choose the 'iTunes'
option in the dropdown and select your Library.xml file.

Alternatively, you can import files into your Banshee Music library
from your iPod.  Not sure exactly what you're trying to do; hope that
helps.
