[Banshee-List] Light Background for Panel Icon

I am running the latest release of Banshee with Ubuntu 10.04.  I am using
the new dark theme and I have noticed that the panel icon has a light
background which probably matches the light theme.  I would have thought
that the background would be transparent.  Is there a bug open for this?  I
don't have a Launchpad account.
