Hi, first of all, congratulation for the new Banshee version 1.6, Banshee is a very good player!
But I have the same issue like some a lot of other Ipod users (like I see from the discussions), I can't access my Ipod via banshee since I switch to OpenSuse 11.2. ;-( I use OpenSuse 11.2 and Banshee 1.6, Ipod Nano 4. Gen. 8 GB. On 2 PCs I use the 64 bit version on the 3rd one, I installed the 32 bit version of OpenSuse 11.2. But on all machines I see the same issue: 1.) The Ipod is mounted like a "HardDrive" and is accessible via Nautilus or gtkpod, but not visible for Banshee ?? 2.) the tmp fix for the issue: http://old.nabble.com/ipod-recognition-td26661726.html#a26734664, is working on the 32 bit only??
I believe I have to much or to less or from a wrong repository installed packages. I attached some information about my packages installed.
Thank you very much! Thomas
