Hi,

This is because Last.fm disabled their old radio streaming API some time
ago, but banshee still uses it.

As mentionned on the bug, I started working on this. Basic features
work, but there's still work to be done :

I hope I'll be able to get back to it next week.

In the meantime, my Last.fm subscription has expired... My username is
