Banshee(and mono in general) for OSX is really, really buggy. Basically,
what you're limited to is waiting it out. It's done the exact same thing
to me and every other person whose tried that I have spoken to and it's
just too buggy on OSX. Maybe in the near future they'll focus on it, but
for now, don't count on it working.
