Hey all,
Can't for the life of me find a place where i can configure the max
downloads at a time or max bandwidth.
Just kidding, my life isn't really threatened by this, just would like
some help.

The maximum bandwidth for downloads seems more like it should be a session wide setting, not specific to Banshee. As for the number of downloads it's set to 2 at the time and isn't configurable (there's really no reason, but one could I suspect argue for a gconf setting for this) at any rate it hardly belongs in the interface that would just clutter it up and make configuration impossible to do right. Another point to consider is that if we keep such things static it is easier to track down problem since we don't have to wad through endless permutation of various settings.
