It was originally hoped that it could land by then, but it hasn't. I can't speak to the reasons, but you can keep up with progress on the feature request on Bugzilla: http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=385965. CC yourself and you'll be notified of any updates.
