Re: [Banshee-List] Replacement for current volume slider



Sorry I'm late to this thread, but you are incorrect. The current volume
button is just as usable in terms of number of clicks as a slider that
would always be visible. The button supports dragging up/down to
immediately adjust the slider:

a) mouse down on the button
b) move mouse up/down to adjust
c) release mouse button to dismiss the slider popup

This functionality was very specially implemented exactly for this
reason. Additionally you can hover over the button and adjust the volume
with your scroll wheel.

I've updated the bug with this information and closed it as WONTFIX.
