Could you check if you've got libnotify0.4-cil installed? It's strange that it's not found. Also, look for a file /usr/lib/cli/notify-sharp-0.4/notify-sharp.dll and /usr/lib/cli/notify-sharp-0.4/notify-sharp.dll.config. -- Chow Loong Jin
