[Banshee-List] buffering

Hi!

Here's my problem/question:
I'm living in China, hence a not so good network. I know it's possible to have a decent streaming though, _if_ the buffer is big enough.
I've been looking through the settings but didn't find anything to change the amount of buffering.
I don't mind looking in the SQLite database if necessary, but right now, I'm a bit lost.

Does anybody knows where to change the buffering size of Banshee?

Thanks for any help, I'd love to listen to Last.fm or other stations with Banshee again. :)
