[Banshee-List] Mp3 cd burning

Hello,
My data base contents various music formats included mp3.
Banshee is able to play mp3 but not to burn a cd. It appears the message "gsteamer cant' manage mp3 files, please check your plugins"
Could somebody tell me what is here missing ?
