gstreamer-pitfdll is a third-party gstreamer plugin that allows you to
use w32codec.

This thread looks a lot like this:

- Why is this bus red? It has to be green, here's an article on painting buses.
- Why would you ever want it green?
- You see in Malaysia they use green buses and they use less fuel and
are less likely to break down.

Instead of reporting a bug you demanded crucial parts of the
underlying technology be replaced :)
