i can run gnome-do. It launches for example konqueror.
But when i try to open plugin folder (at the gnome-so menu), it crashes!

Hard to tell without the stacktrace, but it sounds like you have something messed up on your system in general. I don't know Debian too well (it's slightly different than Ubuntu) or Mono in general, but maybe you could reach out to the Debian or Mono communities to see what's going on? Or, you could post the stacktrace here (if it's long, you should probably link to a pastebin or something) and I could confirm that it's a separate problem or not.
