It isn't a configuration file. It's in gconf,
in /apps/banshee-1/library. The key names are file_pattern and
folder_pattern. Open gconf-editor and you'll see it. As for why it isn't
in the GUI, I have no idea. Personally I would prefer it in the GUI as
well.
