If Banshee is destined to be a media manager/player then there is little
logic in removing the video player portion of Banshee.  Instead work needs
to be one to improve the video management side of things.

What i would like to see is a way to sort video into tv series and movies
and perhaps a way to get meta-data from imdb or some such database.  It
would also be nice if you could browse thumbnails of the video catalog. 
Perhaps even have subsections within the video source, say, Movies, TV
series, Youtube, Clips/Home Movies... ?
