[Banshee-List] Banshee doesn't auto-update the music library!?

Hi all

Can anyone confirm that banshee doesn't auto-update the library?
I just added music to my music library folder but banshee doesn't see
them..not even after restart.
Something must be wrong, right? I mean nobody creates a music-library-player
without auto-update function?
I'm not going to reload all my 12k songs everytime i've added some songs
