Andrew, banshee now give a segmentationn fault, why you want to compile it ?

You need to build and install them like you would any dependency.  You
may need to adjust MONO_GAC_PREFIX or the make install prefix (eg
export MONO_GAC_PREFIX=/usr:/usr/local).
