[Banshee-List] Lost a feature?

I've noticed the following comment in a recent checkin:

Disable "Delete Song From Drive" in playlist listings (BNC #218997)

And then I wonder:

1) Why is this a bugfix? I consider this a feature loss because I want
to be able to delete the songs from the drive, although I am on the
playlist view. Shouldn't this have been fixed adding a warning dialog only?

2) Why cannot I access the bug at BNC?
