The 0.13.1 will get you the full taglib package, but you really only
want the source (not the auto configure stuff, docs, etc). So you should
change it to the old address using 'svn propedit svn:externals' from the
ext/taglib-sharp directory. Then you want to delete the
ext/taglib-sharp/TagLib directory and 'svn up' to get the TagLib sources
back. Just make sure you change the Makefile back, so that it matches
the directory structure.

What is the address of the banshee repos you're checking out? I'm not
familiar with Ubuntu's repos or the apt-get.
