[Banshee-List] scope plugin

Is the scope plugin that's in the plugin repository supposed to be functional? I see that it hasn't gotten any love in a while and I didn't see it listed on the website... so that leads me towards "no". I was just curious about what the plan is with it. It builds and installs just fine but fails to start when I tell Banshee to enable it.
