[Banshee-List] Can't see iPpod tracks

When I have the iPod connected to the computer and open Banshee, I see 
the iPod name in the left column.  When I right click on this name and 
select 'properties' I get the correct information about my iPod.  
However, the right side of the window is empty, that is, I see no track 
information..  What do I need to do to see this information?

I am using Banshee 0.10.9 on SUSE 10.1.  I have the 40GB iPod.
