[Banshee-List] official plugins

I cant seem to get any of the "official" plugins to show up.  The main one I was interested in was the podcast plugin.  I compiled and installed the plugin package with no errors.  When I click the plugins menu I only see the ones bundled with the banshee source (not the official plugins). 

Strangely enough, I see all of the dll files (but the official ones dont have config files for some reason)
