Okay, after talking with David Zeuthen, I found out that the
volume.policy namespace is deprecated, but some distributions do patch
it back in. 

In any regard, I'll move to another property for the check
(volume.fsusage=filesystem). However, Gregoire... your HAL dump shows
volume.fsusage=raid, not "filesystem", which will continue to be an
issue for you. However, David said that if the volume is to be
mountable, then volume.fsusage should always and only be "filesystem".

While Gentoo doesn't patch back volume.policy, it does appear to have
another issue (based on what I see from your dump) with volume.fsusage.

I'm going to change to this property and then test against SLED 10,
openSUSE 10.2 RC2, and Ubuntu Edgy.
