[Banshee-List] ID3 tag question

I'm working on a project called ccBanshee
(http://wiki.creativecommons.org/CcBanshee) and I'm trying to figure
out how the gstreamer tagger works. StreamTagger.cs is the class that
merges the track info into the database form the ID3 tags but where
does StreamTag.Name come from? Can I just use the frame names like
"tcop" and "wcop" to reference the frames? I'm assuming that in this
code, StreamTag refers to a tag frame and value? Can anyone shed some
light on this for me?
