[Banshee-List] Enabling DAAP Share

I'm running SuSE 10.0 OSS (with lots of updates) with Banshee 0.10.4
(from usr-local-bin apt repository).

When I try to "Share my music library with others" after enabling the
"Share Music" Plugin, I get the following errors:

The first time I tried, I got "Unhandled Exception:
Avahi.ClientException: Daemon connection failed".

I've never used avahi prior to this, so I know little about it.  Don't
even know what to send to the list for debugging.

I verified that the avahi daemon is running.  Anyone see any reason I
can't connect to the daemon?
